About Ember

Does Ember come with essential oils?
No, oils are not included. Add 3 to 5 drops of any essential oil to the water, or use plain water if you only want the flame glow and humidity.

Is the flame real?
No. The flame is LED light shining through cool mist. It doesn't get hot.

How long does one fill last?
The 180ml tank gives about 9 to 12 hours of mist. Ember shuts itself off when the water runs out.

Does it come with a wall plug?
It comes with a USB-C cable. Plug it into any USB wall adapter, laptop or power bank.

Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. US orders usually arrive 7 to 15 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free on every US order.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After it's processed, changes may not be possible.

Returns and support

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to send it back.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
We can't accept change-of-mind returns. If you have questions before ordering, message us and we'll help.
